If an order is cancelled after confirmation, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover processing and handling costs.
All devices listed as "New Excellent Condition" are not brand new. This means the custom gift is pre-owned but well maintained and in excellent working condition.
We do not guarantee specific storage sizes unless clearly confirmed before purchase. Example: If a customer orders an custom gift 12 expecting 128GB but receives 256GB, the device will still be accepted as correct, and no exchange or complaint will be processed based on storage differences.
